Ground Rules
1. All timed event cattle must be pre-conditioned 2 hours before performance or slack
Contestant Information
1. During the Timed Events contestants waiting to compete are asked to be considerate of the fans watching in the grandstand and stand out of their view.
2. No dumping of manure or cleaning of trailers other than in designated areas. Garbage bins and dumpsters available for domestic garbage.
3. The gate crossing the track to enter the infield for contestant parking will be closed at 6:00 pm until the completion of the evening performance Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will be NO crossing of vehicles at this time.
4. Contestant parking is limited so please park with respect to other contestants. Do Not Park in the entry way and proceed into infield as far as possible. Please keep pens as small as possible to accommodate everyone.
5. Contestants and companions must provide their CPRA membership card to cross through any volunteer manned gates.
6. There will be a BBQ following the afternoon performance on Saturday Aug 5th for contestants. Tickets will be available at the rodeo office.
7. Directions to the rodeo grounds: North of Grimshaw on Hwy 2 there is a turn off towards Queen Elizabeth Provincial Park (West on TWP Rd 834) continue West. Rodeo Grounds will be at the end of the road. |
