| - Contestants must show cards at the gate to enter grounds |
- Limited access to arena prior to slack due to local rodeo

| - Arena must be cleared 1 hour prior to perf and slack |
| - Only 4 timed event contestants or teams in arena at one time |
| - No self penning in infield area, contestants may park on the track & overflow parking will be south of main gate in hay field |
| - Timed event cattle preconditioned in back pens only before 5pm on July 28 |
| - Please use garbage bins provided |
| - Free admission to dance with CPRA card |
| - Winners of each event please go to announcer stand following event for trophy presentation |
| - LBR barrels will be painted with sponsor logo |
